Midwesterners! You can now find original artworks and prints at Andersonville Galleria in Chicago, Illinois. I’m very excited that my work is featured there because I spent a good chunk of my early adult-hood in the Windy City (14 years to be exact). From what I hear the Galleria hosts a wide range of artists and crafts people, offering lots of unique and quirky gifts and original art. Following them on Instagram, I even saw they featured a good friend of mine during an event.
A long, long time ago I lived in Edgewater, a neighboring neighborhood, and visited Andersonville frequently because it’s such a cool place to explore. So, if you live in Chicago, or are visiting I would say make a day out of visiting Andersonville. I’ve heard it’s a good idea to give yourself an hour or two in the galleria. Then there’s plenty of great places to grab a bite to eat.
