My cat Delta, is quite photogenic, so I will probably be painting quite a few portraits of her. Last year we planted a hibiscus bush in our garden, and the blooms were huge. I used those as a reference for the background of this cat painting.

This piece was painted with acryla-gouache on a 3/8″ thick panel. This panel is ready-to-hang with the sides painted, and a rear routed slot. No need for a frame, unless you want to add one. Finally, the painting was finished with a UV-protectant varnish.
