On another visit to the pet shop and I was hoping to catch mutant goldfish again. I wanted to take more photos and paint a series…but unsurprisingly, I think he found a home. Instead I took photos of regular old goldfish. They are still pretty cool.

This piece was painted with acryla-gouache on a 3/4″ thick cradled panel. This panel is ready-to-hang with the sides painted, and a wire installed. No need for a frame, unless you want to add one. Finally, the painting was finished with a UV-protectant varnish.
